I recently upgraded from a Blackberry Touch to a Droid 3.

One of the selling poitns for me was the 8MP (front facing) camera.

It's gets very good detail on close-up shots, and also does well in low-light conditions.

The Droid's OS is based on Linux, and is very comfortable to work with.

The apps are good—Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja, of course, and some interesting network tools.

Sometimes the apps will crash or freeze the entire phone, but it doesn't happen as often as I feared.

The biggest problem is the drain on the battery—I'm recharging two to three times a day. But I really love this phone.
